Key Responsibilities:
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians efficiently
- Identifying, ordering, and tracking parts and sundries
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Providing updates on orders and progress
- Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial vehicle parts (or strong technical knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
~44.5 hours per week ~ Monday to Friday (rotating shifts: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm) ~ Alternate Saturday mornings (8am-12pm)
