A busy automotive dealership in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their high-performing aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Handling parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Sourcing and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
  • Supporting trade, retail, and workshop parts requirements
  • Maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Preparing quotations and processing invoices
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring KPIs, deadlines, and service standards are met
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role
  • Strong automotive parts knowledge (manufacturer experience advantageous)
  • Experience supporting or mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using dealer systems (e.g. Kerridge or similar)
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays
