We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical & Hydraulic Fitter to join a busy manufacturing team in Worksop. This hands-on role involves fitting and assembling electrical, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems to high quality standards within a fast-paced production environment.
Duties:
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings
- Carry out electrical, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical assembly
- Ensure all work meets build specifications and quality standards
- Conduct quality checks and take ownership of workmanship
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist across departments when required
Requirements:
- Experience with electrical and hydraulic fitting in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
Desirable:
- Auto-electrical qualifications
- Knowledge of CANbus systems
- Experience with pneumatics and electro-mechanical assembly
