Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible shift patterns available (afternoon/evening hours required up to 10pm)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing job cards and raising invoices using Kerridge DMS and customer authorisation platforms
- Managing customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face
- Liaising with technicians regarding workshop progress and workload
- Managing daily service bookings and workshop loading
- Keeping customers updated regarding work, authorisations, and costs
- Arranging subcontractor work and following up where required
- Completing estimates accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or automotive/commercial vehicle role
- Kerridge DMS experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
