This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced aftersales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is on site
  • Managing service walk-in enquiries and bookings
  • Liaising with workshop and parts departments to provide accurate updates and pricing
  • Booking vehicles in and carrying out vehicle handovers
  • Upselling additional work where appropriate and documenting findings
  • Ensuring all duties are completed in line with manufacturer and company standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
  • Knowledge of Kerridge, RTC, or eDynamix systems would be advantageous
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
