The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the workshop and customers by ensuring vehicle parts are sourced and supplied quickly and accurately, while maintaining excellent administrative and stock control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplying parts to both workshop and retail customers
- Selling genuine parts and accessories
- Using electronic systems to identify and order parts
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Booking in and managing parts deliveries
- Handling data and documentation accurately
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and internal processes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
- Strong IT skills and experience using systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A team player who can build effective working relationships
- Experience within a main dealer environment (desirable)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays
