A busy automotive business in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking vehicle services and repairs
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the process
  • Liaising with workshop and parts departments
  • Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims
  • Managing customer records using dealer systems
  • Supporting workshop efficiency and hours sold targets

Requirements:

  • Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • IT literate and confident using dealership systems
  • Full UK driving licence desirable

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • Typical start time: 8:00am
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am - 1:00pm
