A busy automotive dealership in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their high-performing aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Handling parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Sourcing and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
- Supporting trade, retail, and workshop parts requirements
- Maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Preparing quotations and processing invoices
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring KPIs, deadlines, and service standards are met
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role
- Strong automotive parts knowledge (manufacturer experience advantageous)
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using dealer systems (e.g. Kerridge or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm; 1 in 2 Saturdays
