Salary: Up to £40,876 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:30

Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs quickly
  • Support installation work and minor maintenance on plant equipment
  • Maintain high levels of equipment availability and performance
  • Assist in developing maintenance schedules and continuous improvements
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to minimise downtime
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role (or similar)
  • Experience working in an operational or plant-based environment (e.g. waste, water, manufacturing)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
