Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs quickly
- Support installation work and minor maintenance on plant equipment
- Maintain high levels of equipment availability and performance
- Assist in developing maintenance schedules and continuous improvements
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role (or similar)
- Experience working in an operational or plant-based environment (e.g. waste, water, manufacturing)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns
- A proactive and team-focused approach
