We are currently recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing highways and infrastructure team working across Scotland. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, overtime, training, and career progression within the traffic management sector.

  • 12D M1/M2 Operatives
  • LTMOs
  • TSCOs
  • Foremen
  • IPV Drivers / Operatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems
  • Supporting roadworks, lane closures, and infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed on site
  • Working collaboratively within traffic management crews
  • Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks
  • Loading and unloading traffic management equipment
  • Working across day and night shifts as required

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
  • Previous traffic management experience preferred
  • Lantra / NHSS qualifications beneficial

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Lantra 12AB
  • 12D M1/M2
  • NHSS Traffic Management qualifications
  • IPV / LTMO / TSCO experience
