We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy automotive site working across both cars and vans. This is an off-the-tools role, ideal for someone with strong workshop or aftersales experience looking to step into a more coordination and control-based position.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily flow of work through the workshop
  • Allocating jobs to technicians efficiently
  • Ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Liaising with service advisors and parts teams
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and productivity
  • Supporting both car and van operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a workshop or automotive environment
