The Role: You will be responsible for managing the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while leading and developing a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and ordering
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team
  • Work closely with service and sales departments to support overall operations
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience within a main dealer environment (advantageous)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (between 7:30am - 6:00pm)
