The Role: You will be responsible for managing the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while leading and developing a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and ordering
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team
- Work closely with service and sales departments to support overall operations
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
