We are currently recruiting experienced 12AB Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading highways and infrastructure operation based in Newport.

The Role

  • Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems
  • Deploying cones, signs, barriers, frames, and related equipment
  • Supporting safe traffic flow on highways and infrastructure projects
  • Carrying out traffic counts and site checks
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Supporting and mentoring new trainees where required

Requirements

  • Full 12AB Lantra Qualification Essential
  • Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible to work night shifts and overtime
