We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering business in Warwick. This role will support the Facilities Manager in coordinating maintenance activities, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor building systems and escalate issues as required
- Support Health Safety processes, audits, and reporting
- Manage facilities-related purchasing and administration
- Provide general support to the wider facilities team
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience within facilities, maintenance, or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
- Understanding of Health Safety and compliance processes
- Experience supporting ISO audits is advantageous
