We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering business in Warwick. This role will support the Facilities Manager in coordinating maintenance activities, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor building systems and escalate issues as required
  • Support Health Safety processes, audits, and reporting
  • Manage facilities-related purchasing and administration
  • Provide general support to the wider facilities team

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience within facilities, maintenance, or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
  • Understanding of Health Safety and compliance processes
  • Experience supporting ISO audits is advantageous
