Service Centre Administrator

Up to Β£33,216 per annum (DOE)
40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:30 - 16:30)
We are recruiting for a Service Centre Administrator to join a busy Aftermarket team in Croydon. This is a key administrative role supporting service operations, ensuring accurate processing of job information, invoices, and documentation while delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:- Raise job cards and process technician time bookings
- Input and maintain accurate service and repair records
- Finalise completed jobs, including parts and labour charges
- Process invoices, credits, and warranty claims
- Generate reports and maintain service documentation
- Liaise with technicians, customers, and internal departments
- Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Previous administration experience within a service, workshop, or engineering environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- Experience processing service invoices and warranty claims
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience within the automotive, engineering, or service sector
