The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Controller to join a busy and fast-paced service operation. This is a key role responsible for coordinating field service activity, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers
- Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of service controllers
- Handle escalations and resolve service issues efficiently
- Monitor KPIs, workload, and work-in-progress
- Ensure all administration, documentation, and systems are kept up to date
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior service control, scheduling, or coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability
- Confident decision-maker who can perform under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead, support, and prioritise within a busy environment
