We are recruiting for a Field Service Controller to join a busy Aftermarket team in Croydon. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll coordinate field service activities, manage breakdowns, and support engineers to ensure excellent service delivery.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming customer and engineer enquiries
  • Log breakdowns and schedule field service activities
  • Coordinate engineer attendance and provide customer updates
  • Prioritise urgent vehicle-off-road (VOR) cases
  • Manage warranty and chargeable repairs
  • Liaise with third-party repair providers and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and KPI updates
  • Support service administration and warranty claim submissions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, controller, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good technical understanding of vehicle or mechanical components
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
