We are currently recruiting experienced 12D Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading highways and infrastructure operation based around the Gatwick area. This is a fantastic opportunity offering guaranteed hours, overtime, career progression, paid qualifications, and long-term job security within a growing business.
The Role
- Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment
- Working with cones, signs, barriers, temporary traffic lights, and related equipment
- Supporting highways and infrastructure projects safely and efficiently
- Conducting traffic counts and communicating with clients and subcontractors
- Supporting and mentoring new trainees where required
Requirements
- M1/M2 Qualification or SLG Unit 2 Essential
- Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional working away
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
