A busy automotive business in Gloucester is looking for an organised and experienced Parts Administrator to join their team. Previous experience within a motor trade parts department is essential, with Kerridge/TPS or VAG experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts
  • Supporting workshop and retail parts operations
  • Stock control and goods receiving
  • Using electronic parts systems
  • General administration, invoicing, and data handling

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

  • Flexible 40-hour working week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays required
  • Early shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Late shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am (4-night rotation)
