A busy automotive business in Gloucester is looking for an organised and experienced Parts Administrator to join their team. Previous experience within a motor trade parts department is essential, with Kerridge/TPS or VAG experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts
- Supporting workshop and retail parts operations
- Stock control and goods receiving
- Using electronic parts systems
- General administration, invoicing, and data handling

Working Hours:
- Flexible 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 3 Saturdays required

- Late shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am (4-night rotation)
