We're looking for an experienced Group Parts Manager to lead a multi-site operation, driving parts sales, team performance, and customer service standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Parts Supervisors, Advisors, and Drivers
- Oversee daily parts operations across multiple sites
- Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels
- Manage stock control, audits, and operational performance
- Improve processes and ensure consistency across all sites
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

- Proven experience in automotive parts or aftersales management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
