About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Site Logistics Coordinator to join our busy site team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping site operations running smoothly by managing vehicle movements, coordinating parking, and supporting with collections and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer parking to ensure suitable vacant bays are available throughout the day
- Liaise with service teams to position customer vehicles ready for collection
- Carry out general site parking and housekeeping duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vehicle compounds
- Handle vehicle deliveries, including condition checks and reporting
- Carry out internal vehicle movements and prepare vehicles as required
- Collect and deliver parts, tools, and vehicles between sites
- Support internal departments with logistics and transport needs
- Provide site customer support including lifts and pick-ups when required
About You
- Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional in all situations
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous experience in a similar logistics, valet, driving, or site support role is desirable
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
