The Role
- Preparing management accounts and month-end reports
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Purchase ledger and accounts reconciliations
- Payroll submissions
- Supporting credit control activities
- Processing lease and rental invoices
- Assisting with warranty and customer account administration
- Supporting the Financial Controller with reporting and finance projects
- General finance and administrative duties
About You:
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
- Experience with management accounts and month-end processes
- Strong reconciliation and bookkeeping skills
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of accounting software (Xero desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- AAT qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
