The Role

  • Preparing management accounts and month-end reports
  • Bank postings and reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger and accounts reconciliations
  • Payroll submissions
  • Supporting credit control activities
  • Processing lease and rental invoices
  • Assisting with warranty and customer account administration
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with reporting and finance projects
  • General finance and administrative duties

About You:

  • Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
  • Experience with management accounts and month-end processes
  • Strong reconciliation and bookkeeping skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience of accounting software (Xero desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • AAT qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
