Salary: £28,420 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
On-Call: 1 in 6 to 8 weeks Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure full compliance
- Coordinating work with a network of suppliers and service providers
- Managing jobs from start to finish, including updates and accurate record-keeping
- Reviewing inspection and service documentation to ensure compliance standards are met
- Handling breakdowns and defects, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication
- Managing estimates and approvals across systems, email, and phone
