About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Site Logistics Coordinator to join our busy site team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping site operations running smoothly by managing vehicle movements, coordinating parking, and supporting with collections and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer parking to ensure suitable vacant bays are available throughout the day
  • Liaise with service teams to position customer vehicles ready for collection
  • Carry out general site parking and housekeeping duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vehicle compounds
  • Handle vehicle deliveries, including condition checks and reporting
  • Carry out internal vehicle movements and prepare vehicles as required
  • Collect and deliver parts, tools, and vehicles between sites
  • Support internal departments with logistics and transport needs
  • Provide site customer support including lifts and pick-ups when required

About You

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in all situations
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in a similar logistics, valet, driving, or site support role is desirable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
