We are currently recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing highways and infrastructure team working across Scotland. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, overtime, training, and career progression within the traffic management sector.

- 12D M1/M2 Operatives
- LTMOs
- TSCOs
- Foremen
- IPV Drivers / Operatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems
- Supporting roadworks, lane closures, and infrastructure projects
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed on site
- Working collaboratively within traffic management crews
- Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks
- Loading and unloading traffic management equipment
- Working across day and night shifts as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
- Previous traffic management experience preferred
- Lantra / NHSS qualifications beneficial
Desirable Qualifications:
- Lantra 12AB
- 12D M1/M2
- NHSS Traffic Management qualifications
- IPV / LTMO / TSCO experience
