We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy and high-performing automotive dealership. This is a key leadership role within the aftersales department, responsible for managing the parts operation, driving performance, and delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (between 07:30 - 18:00)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate the parts team
  • Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
  • Experience with dealership management systems (Kerridge experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
