We are recruiting for a Technical Financial Risks Underwriter to join our experienced team at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
Your responsibilities include responding to PI and FR referrals on New Business and Renewals, coordinating improvement plans, delivering technical training, managing controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across the Profin business. You will also collaborate with regional Underwriting Leads to provide technical support on complex risks and assist in broker negotiations.
- Supporting calibration sessions with the Heads of PI and FR
- Analyzing and reporting on Profin KPIs
- Participating in change projects affecting Underwriting
- Adhering to regulatory frameworks
- Progressing through license levels as per development plans
About You
You should hold an underwriting license within PI and/or FR and demonstrate Trading Underwriting skills. A strategic view on risks and relationship-building with teams and brokers are essential.
