We are offering an opportunity for a Senior Surety Underwriter to join our Specialty Underwriting team on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop a book of business and help design the strategy within Surety Underwriting. You will work with selected brokers, building and maintaining relationships to optimize profitable growth. Your responsibilities include applying underwriting, relationship management, and business development techniques, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating, and making underwriting decisions.

About You

You should have extensive experience in Surety Underwriting, with the ability to build and maintain broker relationships to win new business. As we are building a new team and entering the Surety market, your expertise will be crucial to our success.
