Responsibilities
- Underwriting and negotiating new and/or renewal Real Estate business, including Blocks of Flats and Residential and Commercial Property Owners business.
- Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement.
- Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive sustainable profitable growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices.
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas.
- Representing our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in Real Estate, Commercial and Residential Property Owners underwriting.
- Ability to act as a referral point to less experienced colleagues.
- A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers.
