We are currently recruiting for a People Relationship Manager to join our established and experienced HR team here at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 12 month FTC.
Your role
As our People Relationship Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic people plans across UK businesses, coaching leaders to achieve better business outcomes, and improving the employee experience.
You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers. You will utilise a \’coaching to answers\’ approach to guide managers in resolving issues effectively, enhancing their capability and assurance. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices, embedding policies and procedures to drive outperformance.
You will possess a deep understanding of people policy and practice, as well as experience in generalist business partnering. You will have extensive experience of managing change, including organisation design and implementation of changes to drive success.
In addition, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, support HR projects, and provide valuable input to enhance business impact. You will be a qualified HR professional or have the necessary experience delivering high-quality HR services.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional to join our team. You will possess broad generalist HR experience in areas such as engagement, reward, DEI, talent management, L&D, and leadership development. You will have strong employee relations knowledge and be experienced in developing and delivering high-quality HR services, with a solid understanding of change management, employment law, and employee relations.
We require someone who can swiftly adapt and make an immediate contribution. You will have extensive experience in managing a TUPE process and change management, with a good focus on enhancing the employee experience.
