We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Claims Expenses team here on a hybrid basis.
You'll make an impact by:
- Investigating and advancing casualty claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
- Ensuring that customers, brokers and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies.
- Utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions and impart knowledge to others.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a Claims department that handles both injury and non-injury claims.
- Handling claims up to a value of £100,000.
- Experience in handling a wide range of EL and PL claims from across our extensive commercial book of business would be beneficial.
