You will be issuing renewal, new business, and MTA's following the process led by the Underwriting Criteria. Responding to and ensuring underwriter and broker needs are appropriately met whilst customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved in line with policies and processes. Provide policy administration on newly acquired business, delivering in line with regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment. This could be (but not limited to) financial services, retail, care industry, insurance.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a genuine desire to help customers, with the ability to listen, understand their needs and provide the best solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
