We are currently recruiting for a Global Network Servicing Technician to join our established and experienced Global Network Team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
The job will involve handling a multitude of product lines such as Property/Liability/Construction & Engineering and Profin. Your day to day responsibilities will include capturing and processing policy information from submissions, issuing UK policy wordings to local subsidiaries or to appointed servicing brokers, debiting premiums, and ongoing communication with Producing Offices, Brokers and Clients.
You will also engage and support on Global Network related projects.
This role involves building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers in an international environment. This is vital in supporting the timely and high quality service we provide ourselves on delivering as part of our Global Network proposition.
About You
To be successful in this role you will require a background in insurance with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be able to deal with changing priorities and have excellent attention
to detail.
You will need to be able to manage your daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are achieved. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with others and build relationships both internally and externally.
