We are currently recruiting for a Finance Change Consultant to join our established and experienced Finance team at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your Role

The purpose of this role is to support finance, company-wide, and strategic projects, including understanding business impact feasibility studies and finance readiness.

This role involves gathering third-party advice on technical or industry developments, providing technical expertise, evaluating options, and reporting back to stakeholders. You will manage expectations, plans, and ensure projects are adequately resourced to meet deadlines while maintaining an effective control environment. Adherence to RSA’s project governance and methodology is essential. You will add value through your knowledge of finance, planning, and implementing changes to processes, systems, and software to meet requirements and timelines.

About You

You will be a qualified or part-qualified accounting professional, or qualified by experience, with in-depth knowledge of relevant accounting systems and substantial user experience of finance functions. You should possess strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, as the role impacts processes and systems within the global finance function.
