We are currently recruiting for an Data Enablement Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Role Requirements As the Data Enablement Manager you will be responsible for enabling business teams across the organization to fully leverage the data capabilities of the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). You will ensure that data is accessible to the right users in a timely and secure manner, supporting various business functions. You will develop and implement data literacy and training programs to empower users across the enterprise. You will collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards and regulatory requirements. You will continuously improve data enablement processes to streamline data accessibility, and usage. Develop data front door to capture data needs, triage and facilitate smooth access of data to the business stakeholders. You will work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and ensure data products meet those requirements. The Individual To be successful in this role you will good background in data enablement and business intelligence. You will have experience in data governance and data management best practices. You will have good knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik). As well as knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform. You will have good experience of Business Analysis and capturing data requirements. You will also have good experience of the insurance domain. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work across various business functions. What we offer you: At RSA we put our people first.
