We are currently recruiting a Data and ML Product Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team on a hybrid basis. Role Requirements The Data and ML Product Lead will oversee the lifecycle of data and machine learning products at RSA. You will define and drive the strategy for data and ML product development, ensuring alignment with RSA’s business goals and data strategy. You will develop and maintain comprehensive data product roadmaps that outline delivery and evolution, ensuring they meet current and future business needs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including governance, to keep them relevant, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with business units, data science teams, and technology groups to identify opportunities and ensure successful product launches and adoption. You will establish KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance data. The Individual About You: Successful candidates will have experience in product management within data and AI/ML domains, preferably in financial services or insurance, understanding how data products can create business value. You should have experience with cloud platforms like Azure and data tools such as Databricks, leveraging these for product development, data integration, and analytics. Familiarity with Agile or continuous delivery frameworks and iterative development is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
