Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Claims Handler to join our established and experienced team at RSA on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for investigating and progressing claims to closure efficiently, supporting customers and brokers throughout the claims journey using our established processes. Your technical knowledge will be key in resolving queries, settling claims, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
About You
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property or General Insurance Claims Handler is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- An understanding of process improvements is beneficial.
