We have an opportunity for a CL Performance Analyst to join our great Insights team on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

The job holder will be responsible for delivering analytics and insight solutions that inform improvement opportunities linked to trading, broker, product and process with Commercial Lines (NIG and RSA). You will work on technical data extraction, transformation, analysis and presentation for Commercial Lines. You will work closely with the CL business to see how predictive analytics and other data analysis could be used to help them improve growth, expanding this knowledge out, in time, to other areas of CL where applicable. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, help to interpret standard KPIs and drive evidence-based decision making. Key to the role is understanding business needs, the critical nature of information and data accuracy, and impacts of data to providing better outcomes. You will work in a team environment, working closely with all roles within the analytics & insight team and interacting with a variety of stakeholders across Commercial Lines.

About You

Ideally you will have experience working as an analytics and insight analyst within the insurance industry with knowledge of insurance processes and KPIs. You will demonstrate good communication skills, enabling clear day to day interaction with stakeholders and the wider analytics and insight team colleagues. Experience of SAS and SQL coding language. BI tooling e.g. Power BI and Qlik would also be beneficial.
