Your skills and experience
- Experience in procurement, procurement operations or transformation roles within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Proven experience designing and governing procurement policies, frameworks and operating models.
- Senior leadership experience overseeing procurement enablement, buying or procure to pay or shared service functions.
- Excellent understanding of procurement systems, data, reporting and automation.
- Experience setting direction for AI or digital enablement in controlled environments, alongside a governance and risk mindset with the ability to balance control, efficiency and usability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading change and embedding new ways of working.
