We are currently recruiting for an Business Governance Analyst to join our established and experienced team on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As a Business Governance Analyst, you’ll be part of the Commercial and Specialty Lines Business Governance Team, playing a key role in maintaining and supporting governance and control management processes across the business. You’ll use your experience to support operational processes, making sure there are good control frameworks in place to help identify, monitor, and reduce any potential customer detriment or business risk.
You’ll also carry out validations against RSA policy standards, support the identification of new risks and controls, monitor incidents, and help implement action plans. you’ll monitor key risk and control indicators, reviewing them regularly to ensure they align with the business\’s risk profile.
Additionally, you will generate accurate and timely MI reports to ensure everything stays on track. You’ll help execute the annual control monitoring plan and collaborate closely with teams to ensure its successful implementation.
Your experience will be relied upon by the business for guidance on risk and operational controls, ensuring business areas are effective and working as they should be.
Please note this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm).
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in quality control and analysis, ideally within a complex regulated environment that involves large scale operations. A good understanding of modern governance, risk, and control frameworks, particularly in conduct, product, and the three lines of defence model, is essential. Experience within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable. You should also have experience delivering, monitoring, and maintaining effective processes and controls, and be able to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
