We are currently recruiting for a Brand Executive to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 9 month fixed term contract.

Your role

As a Brand Executive, you will support the execution of our brand strategy to enhance our market position across the UK and Europe. This includes collaborating with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure brand plans and materials meet their goals. You will manage brand activation campaigns, coordinate approvals for brand content, and maintain the brand hub. Additionally, you will help ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing materials and internal channels, while also supporting employee engagement. You will assist in producing high-quality content, such as emails, presentations, and videos, while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Working with colleagues across RSA and Intact Canada, you will ensure the brand identity remains good and aligned. You will also monitor the brand budget, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely completion of marketing approvals. This role requires a collaborative approach and adherence to industry regulations, ensuring all activities align with best practices and deliver positive customer outcomes.

About you

We are looking for a Brand Executive with technical expertise to support the development and execution of our brand strategy across the UK and Europe. You will bring previous brand or marketing experience, ideally from a large organization, to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and manage brand activation campaigns. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of project management tools and processes. Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing marketing approvals, and using digital platforms to drive brand consistency will be key to your success in this role.
