We are currently recruiting for an Analytics & Insight Lead to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role The Analytics and Insight Lead will be responsible for defining the Analytics & Insights strategy and roadmap and defines and publishes standards, guardrails and controls for insights and analytics generation in RSA Working closely with, and in coordination with other CDO capabilities. Ensuring that Business stakeholder and analytics teams can derive maximum value from the data platform and analytics tooling. and overseeing the coordination of analytics efforts across RSA including developing and managing communities of practice. The lead will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure that the data, tooling and services provided by the CDO team are aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and are scalable across the organization. Key Parts of the job will include: β Analytics & Insight Strategy: Define and drive the strategy for Analytics and insight generation, ensuring alignment with RSA\βs business goals and data strategy. β Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the delivery and evolution of analytic and insights capabilities, ensuring they meet current and future business needs. β Stakeholder Engagement: Support & implement the new Hub and Spoke model, ensure roles and responsibilities are defined and understood.
