The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to ensure the safety and efficiency of the high-quality operations of RSA House. This role will maintain the RSA House to the highest standard, support daily operations and public events whilst preserving the architectural and historic integrity. This role is based at RSA House in London five days a week.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the day-to-day operational facilities and maintenance of RSA House.
  • Act as the key point of contact for building-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that RSA House is compliant with all relevant legislation.
  • Follow and develop planned maintenance schedules, repairs, and refurbishments across RSA House ensuring the historic fabric and sustainability goals are met/preserved.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks/deadlines.
  • Calm, professional, and proactive in responding to operational tasks and emergencies.
  • Practical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Able to communicate efficiently with staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

Your key experience

  • Demonstrable experience in managing facilities and building operations.
  • Proven ability to implement health & safety procedures and carry out inspections.
  • Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with contractors and service providers.
