As a Commercial Property Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing claims to closure, to achieve business goals and meet the defined customer service proposition. You will ensure that customers and brokers are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, settle claims and impart knowledge to others.

Experience and skills

  • Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Commercial Property or General Insurance Claims Handler. However, this experience is not essential as full support and training will be available for the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and meet deadlines while understanding process improvements.
