Whether you’re early in your journey or bringing years of experience, we’ll support you with the tools, flexibility, and opportunities to thrive.Win as a TeamWe are currently recruiting for a Delegated Property & Liability Underwriter to join our Delegated Underwriting team in Manchester or Bristol on a hybrid basis.You’ll make an impact by:Working with Delegated Authority Insurance Brokers, underwriting and negotiating Property & Liability business that falls outside of the brokers binding authorityBuilding and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagementApplying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growthCollaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practicesContributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideasRepresenting our brand at broker meeting, industry events and field visits as neededYour skills and experience:Experience of Property & Liability Insurance from an Underwriting backgroundA sharp eye for detail and a head for strategyExisting Broker relationships would be beneficialExcellent communication skillsThe ability to build and maintain relationships with brokersWhy You’ll Love It HereBeing part of our team means you’ll have the support and freedom to bring your best self to work each day.
