The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
You will discover, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders using a variety of methods as well as understanding requirements and tracing them back to business outcomes. Maintaining a holistic view of business processes on platforms to understand cross functional impacts in regard to system changes. You will work side by side with colleagues in a platform team or project conducting research, analysing information, and providing deep subject matter expertise in one or more specialisms, either relating to a platform (e.g. Guidewire, DXC), application (e.g. MS Dynamics, Instabase), or discipline (e.g. Cyber, Finance). You will deliver business analysis capabilities as defined within the BA CoE Toolkit to ensure outperformance of the CIO function. You will be comfortable working in both agile and waterfall operating models and will support the transition from project to value stream delivery.
Your skills and experience:
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to communicate detailed information with excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with delivery verticals, business users, technology teams, and leadership, working towards an Agile environment.
- Good knowledge and application of business analysis frameworks, methodologies & processes with the ability to analyse and understand both data and technology solutions at a detailed level.
- Experience interpreting and interrogating technical requirements whilst planning of initiatives and work streams to ensure the delivery of the required outputs.
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a larger team and remain flexible and organised, whilst building and maintaining working relationships with people at all levels of the business.
