Win as a Team
This role forms part of a new Talent Acquisition team within the HR Centres of Excellence.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Building and maintaining internal and external talent pools, ensuring future talent supply is in place ahead of demand, with clear ownership of internal pipelines.
- Bringing together insights on internal mobility, pipeline health and external market conditions, sharing these across TA and the wider business to inform prioritisation and attraction decisions.
- Leading the approach to internal talent pipelines, supporting succession planning and internal movement by ensuring internal talent is identified and considered early.
- Partnering with RBPs, HR and Talent colleagues to prioritise pipeline and attraction activity for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles, aligned to workforce priorities and succession plans.
- Working in partnership with the Pipeline team, who deliver attraction, sourcing, screening and ongoing engagement at scale, including management of silver-medal candidates, aligned to agreed priorities.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of internal mobility, talent pipelines and wider Talent Management practices, with the ability to apply these to shape workforce planning and talent approaches.
- Background in Talent Acquisition, resourcing, talent management or related areas, with experience supporting and shaping hiring outcomes in response to workforce challenges.
- Ability to design and evolve inclusive talent approaches that support both internal and external progression, ensuring fairness, consistency and alignment to business needs.
- Confidence operating in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments, using data, market insight and pipeline intelligence to guide decision-making and challenge assumptions.
- Strong influencing skills, with experience engaging and constructively challenging stakeholders to support hiring, prioritisation and workforce decisions.
- Ability to leverage market, pipeline and internal data to drive prioritisation, strengthen attraction strategies and inform longer-term talent planning.
- Sound judgement when managing scarce, specialist or hard-to-fill roles, proactively building pipelines and deploying targeted attraction approaches to mitigate risk and support delivery.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how talent decisions impact business performance, delivery risk and organisational capability.
