Win as a Team

In your role, you will provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to Vice Presidents, helping them stay focused on key priorities and make the best use of their time.

Through your organisation, communication and relationship building skills, you will play an important part in delivering an efficient and professional service to colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries to support priorities and maximise productivity.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, briefing papers and presentations, ensuring information is accurate, professional and clearly presented.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining the security of documentation and electronic files.
  • Coordinating action logs and brought forward systems, progressing activities to ensure timely follow up and completion.
  • Screening and prioritising incoming communications, responding appropriately or directing information to the right Vice President.
  • Supporting audio and video conference meetings, including the setup of facilities and equipment to enable effective collaboration.

Your skills and experience

  • Bringing previous secretarial experience, with a strong focus on delivering administrative excellence.
  • Using planning, coordination and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Building effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Applying sound judgement when handling confidential information and prioritising activities.
  • Working confidently with data and information to support decision making and administrative processes.
